Haven’t done anything in days, between looking for work and volunteering I’ve not been in the mood to cook anything new.
These pickles come from Spice Temple Cook Book.. they only hold 3 ingredients and take 3 hours to marinade on the bench-top. Has to be kept in the fridge and allowed to be kept for 2 weeks.
Next time will try the one with ginger and garlic, it has to be eaten same day as made… I always eat it when I’m dining at Spice Temple. long time ago the staff told me that it helps when I’m eating something every spicy, which I always do… looking forward to try these pickles tomorrow and will post an update.
Tried them today for lunch prior to leaving to going to the movies and they were delicious.. easy to make if pickles are needed in a hurry. Will try making the other pickles next time … definitely recommend making these.
