This is the not the first time I tried to make Peanut Butter. the other times the nuts were eaten while still warm.. delicious.
Should have purchased more but only purchased 250g. Dry Roasted them, they are delicious while warm..
I cannot confirm nor deny that nuts were not eaten nor the peanut butter sampled prior to the photo being taken.
Since the kitchen is small, it’s not easy moving the food processor in and out of the cabinet and re assembling it each time.. small spaces call for creative thinking.
Today I got it out of the cabinet and made 3 things, Peanut Butter, Sesame paste and Onion Jam, by bed time the machine will be hidden like it was never out, as will Cast Iron pot, it will have to come out tomorrow, but that’s tomorrow.. kitchen has to be clear of everything each evening.. that’s the rule.
Freshly made Peanut Butter is delicious, never buying commercial again, even though it’s high end one that’s still in the pantry 375g – $5 on special..
In a few months will buy 500g and make it again. It can be kept in the fridge for upto 6 months…
Hopefully I will still feel this way when I am back at work & looking forward to weekends of one day of cooking/shopping/ cleaning and one day of rest .. will never happen, may be half day of rest…
For now enjoying rediscovering cooking anything that I feel like in between looking for work. It’s relaxing..
