Preserved Lime

Since I made Preserved Lemon I decided to try same with lime..

Limes were squeezed on day 7, extra lime juice added together with hot Chill and Rosemary.. cannot wait to try the finished product.. thinking of making same with Orange

Since the cooking bug bit me I decided to check how I can use Preserved Citrus.. all sites tell me that in 6+ months the skin will me smooth and that I will just have to wash salt off and throw out membrane and then use it in salads or with protein.

Salty Lime Juice and I think Margaritas….
