Preserved Lemons

Took two weeks to get them sealed.. Initially was only able to fit 2, then as the days progressed and the beautiful juice started to come out, I managed to squeeze in one more.

As I was about to seal the jar with oil, herbs and spices I noticed that there was more room. Added one last lemon, Myer this time and now it Sealed.

Will wait till October to try them. IF they are a hit then next year will have to make few jars.
